The Experience Course

This in-person course is designed for new CIPPO School Integration Practitioners seeking hands-on experience working directly with children in real-world educational settings. The Experience Course provides a supportive environment where participants can build their skills, gain confidence, and learn practical strategies to support children effectively in their roles.

Participants will:

• Work directly with children to practice integration strategies and classroom support.
• Develop skills in behavior management, facilitating activities, and fostering inclusive learning environments.
• Gain insight into the diverse needs of students and how to tailor their approach accordingly.
• Receive on-field mentorship and guidance to build confidence and refine techniques.
