Biography

I'm Tamer Alkharratt, Programs Director and Founder of CIPPO (Child Integrated Psychology Programs Organization). For more than 10 years, I have dedicated myself to working with children, I am proud of the work we've done so far and excited to impact and change more and more lives.

I pursued my Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology from Anglia Ruskin University. It really helped me a lot develop critical thinking skills and incorporate evidence based practices in application. I never imagined that I would be working with children, but my love for children and impact has driven me beyond my expectations. Accordingly, I decided to further specialize and enrolled in the university's Post Graduate program program in child and adolescent mental well-being.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including orphanages, NGOs, academic institutions, and ABA centers. It drove me more and more towards understanding that children need us to come to their environment instead of them coming to us.

One thing that truly fuels my enthusiasm is creating and developing programs that offer alternative ways for children to experience the joy of their childhood years. I firmly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and grow in a nurturing environment. By combining my academic knowledge, practical skills, and a creative mindset, I strive to design programs that promote holistic development, foster creativity, and enhance emotional well-being.

Empowering children and making a positive impact in their lives is my ultimate goal. I am excited to continue this journey, constantly learning and evolving as I work towards creating a brighter future for the next generation.
